Hey there! 👋  My name is Natalie, and I’m the CEO of TOLILAWest. It’s been a long and winding road; wanted to share my journey with you.

I started my career, or rather, my current life trajectory, about 20 years ago, as an administrative assistant for a project management and communications firm. Little did I know, that was the beginning of an incredible path that would bring me to where I am today.  

 

Over the years, I found my rhythm in the everyday hustle of business. I learned to be flexible, resourceful, and adaptable, probably among the most useful skills I picked up along the way.

 

Over the years, I have directed day-to-day operations and managed projects ranging from departmental procedures and processes to website development and full-scale live events. The largest was a 5K/10K/Half-Marathon along LAX four years in a row… AAAND, I’m not a runner. So, yeah… anyway. 😅 There hasn’t been a project I have encountered that I couldn’t handle. I love a challenge! Not to mention the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment. There is so much to learn!

 

Beyond all of that, I have a Bachelor’s in Communications/Media, from California State University, Northridge. (Go Matadors!) I have also earned certifications over the years, most recently becoming a Certified ScrumMaster®, because I was curious and wanted to learn another project management approach. I've always believed in growing my skillset and exploring new learning opportunities.

 

On a personal note, I like to be creative and artistic during my free time, and it sometimes spills over into my business. I collect hobbies. 👩‍🎨🖌️🎨 I enjoy expressing myself through calligraphy, oil painting, and creating personalized gifts, greeting cards, and customized or themed party and event decor. I'm excited about the future and the opportunity to participate in important projects and special events – both for my organization and the clients we serve. So, here's to the next chapter of my journey – let's make it one to remember!
